How I collect personal data
I collect personal information from you, my clients, directly. I do not buy or share personal data and always let you know when I’m collecting data that I intend to hold and use.
How long I retain personal data
I retain personal data for 10 years after the completion of your last project, after which time it will be anonymised or deleted. This process will be undertaken every six months, commencing in February 2034.
Who I share information with
From time to time, I may have legitimate reason to share personal information with professional consultants or publicly on The Southgate Edit’s website, social media or other marketing channels – but only where appropriate and only when I have your permission to do so.

You don’t need to pay a fee to exercise your rights. If you make a request, I have one calendar month to respond to you.
